RJ is so great! I followed her over from another salon! PERFECT fades! Great beard trims! I am so glad they've recruited better stylists here! Definitely worth trying again if you've had a bad experience recently. They have put recent efforts into improving the services. Emily is great too! I love that I can set up appointments! Services are fairly priced. Location is easy to find. You can tell management is making efforts to improve everything here, which is rare nowadays.

First time coming here and I will be returning. By far the best haircut and treatment I've received ever. My barber was Anna. Although a new employee at Lady Jane's, I have known her personally for the better part of a year. When she told me she left her previous barber shop, I did too just to have her specifically cut my hair. She, as always, has been excellent and pays close attention to detail. One stray hair and she sits me back in the chair and goes over a few times to be certain. No stray hairs, smooth neck, and a shampoo and wash included afterwards. Very good service, very wonderful and professional employee.
